What are your operating hours?

We operate Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am-3pm. Feel free to chat live with us between these times or leave a message and we will respond at a later time.

What do you do with my image once my order has been completed?

The images are saved under your file and can be used again on a future order. However, if you do not want us keeping the image after your order is completed, you can request this in the extra notes of your order or at a later date by contacting us at: sales@theaftereffects.com.au

What is the expected delivery time order to door?

7-14 business days. While we endeavour to always deliver on time, this may fluctuate based on time of year and availability of products.

Do you offer pickup/Click & Collect?

Sadly no. However we do deliver for a lesser fee based on your location. This will be an option you can select at the checkout, if you are within range.

Can we supply our own images?

Absolutely! SVG's are preferred but we can work with any image type.

How do you print my image onto my product?

Depending on the product you purchased, we use sublimation, vinyl printing or etching.

Do we offer embroidery?

Sadly no. What we do offer is sublimation, vinyl printing and etching.
